Terms of Service

1 - Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or calling any Handinger API (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 - The Service

Handinger is an agent infrastructure platform. A single API gives your agent the tools it needs to act on the web, including web search, web fetch, browser and screenshots, file and image handling, email, a scheduler, and MCP integrations. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability. We try hard to keep the Service fast and available, but we don't promise 100% uptime or that every website or third-party integration can be processed.

3 - Accounts & Security

• Accurate info: sign up with a valid email and payment method.
• API key hygiene: keep keys secret. Do not embed them in client-side code or public repos.
• Responsibility: all traffic sent with your key is your responsibility, even if someone else generated it. Revoke and regenerate keys if you suspect compromise.
• Audit trail: we log key usage (time, IP, endpoint) to help you trace issues and to stop abuse.

4 - Acceptable-Use Policy

You may not use the Service to do any of the following. We can throttle, suspend, or terminate keys immediately if we see AUP violations or traffic that harms our infrastructure or third parties.

• Violate robots.txt or contractual access controls (e.g., paywalls).
• Break any law or regulation, including data-protection rules.
• Collect personal data on minors or create profiles on them.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or run DDoS attacks.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Facilitate violence, terrorism, or harassment.
• Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer Handinger systems.

5 - Usage Limits & Malicious-Traffic Controls

• Default rate and concurrency caps are shown in the public page.
• We may rate-limit or sandbox traffic we deem abnormal (e.g., sudden proxy bursts, captcha farms).
• Extremely abusive traffic may incur a cost-recovery fee equal to our actual provider charges.

6 - Pricing & Payment, Refunds

• Every organization receives 1,000 lifetime free credits on sign-up. No payment method is required to start.
• Paid plans (Entry, Value, Volume) are billed monthly and include a set allowance of credits each month. Current plan prices and allowances are on the pricing page.
• Usage above your included monthly credits is billed as overage at the per-credit rate of your current plan.
• Monthly subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from the billing page.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT/GST unless stated.
• Refund requests for unused credits are honored within 14 days of purchase unless you have violated these Terms.

7 - Intellectual Property

We own the platform, code, and documentation. You retain rights to inputs (URLs, prompts) and outputs, subject only to underlying website terms.

8 - Feedback

Suggestions are voluntary; we may use them without obligation or compensation.

9 - Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate the service or your account for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. You may close your account at any time; sections 7 and 10–13 survive termination.

10 - Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid to Handinger in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 - Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or any violation of these Terms.

13 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14 - Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
